DC today announced they will be cancelling six of the new 52 - OMAC, Men of War, Mr. Terrific, Static Shock, Black Hawks and Hawk and Dove with their eighth issues.

I’m not saying racism was a big reason why Static Shock sold so little.

I’m just saying that when I worked at a comic shop and suggested it to a father looking for good all-ages titles, he laughed disbelievingly and said “He has dreadlocks.”

I still say your next suggestion should have been Miles Morales.
